Which branches are still accessible?

All our branches are open by appointment

ATMs and R-Net, available 24/7

To protect your health and that of our employees, we ask you to use, whenever possible, ATMs and your online banking R-Net, available 24/7, for your current transactions.

The Online Branch is at your disposal every working day from 08:00 to 18:00 by phone at 2450-1000 or by e-mail at online@raiffeisen.lu.

For urgent matters, please make an appointment at one of our Raiffeisen branches.  

I have to see my advisor. What can I do? 

In case of an emergency, contact your advisor or your branch directly.

Alternatively, you can also contact our online branch which is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 08 am to 6 pm at 2450-1000 or by e-mail at online@raiffeisen.lu.

My child is participating in the Molconcours. How and until when can I submit the drawing?

Given the current circumstances, we have to make some adjustments for the 50th edition of the Molconcours.

In order to enable schoolchildren to hand in the drawings in their schools, the deadline has been extended to 12 June 2020. As the local prize ceremonies will not take place this year, the lucky winners will receive their prizes by post. We are sorry to announce that Class prizes have to be cancelled this year but the Public Choice Award on our Facebook page is maintained and will be held over the summer. 

 We look forward to seeing your children's drawings.  In the meantime, take care and stay safe!

The small ATM icon shows you which branch has an ATM. 

Where can I find cash-in ATMs to make cash deposits?

Here is a list of the branches where you can still make cash deposits in a cash-in machine:

Current operations

Can I open an account online?

Open your account online in less than 10 minutes and become a customer of a cooperative bank. 

Is it still possible to make transfers?

Yes, you can send paper transfers to your branch mailbox. This is emptied regularly and the transfers are then made. If your branch's mailbox is not accessible, please insert your transfer in the mailbox of another branch.

Please use electronic transfers whenever possible. 

What is the limit for paying with my contactless card?

The limit for contactless payments has been increased to 50€.

How can I increase my card limits?

If you wish to increase your card limit, please contact your advisor or send us a secure message via R-Net.

I don't have R-Net yet. How do I subscribe to it? 

If you want to subscribe to R-Net, contact your branch or our Online Branch, we will then send you the corresponding contract.

I lost my credit card, what can I do?

In the event of theft, loss of your credit/debit card or disclosure of your PIN code, please call SIX Payment Services immediately: +352 49 10 10 (24-hour service).

I don't have a V PAY card yet. How do I order one?

Contact your branch and we will send you the corresponding contract.

I forgot the PIN code of my banking card. How do I get money?

Please call your advisor or the Online Branch at 2450-1000.

How can I protect myself from cyber scammers?

Especially at this time, be on the lookout for attempts at online fraud and scams, especially "phishing", which is aimed at collecting your personal or login data.

We would like to remind you that Banque Raiffeisen would never ask you to log in to R-Net via a link sent by e-mail or SMS.

I need a personal loan. How do I apply?

There are many different ways to apply for a personal loan:

  • via R-NET
  • by using the simulator on the bank's website
  • via eboo if you are a POST customer.

In order to calculate the monthly payment of your housing loan, you can carry out a simulation directly on our website.
