For security reasons, Banque Raiffeisen only supports the latest version of the browser available for a given operating system. The online banking R-Net may work with other operating systems or other browsers than those listed above but we cannot guarantee the security level of any configurations not supported by the online banking R-Net.
Since April 8th 2014, Microsoft no longer provides support for Windows XP. As a result, Windows XP compatibility is no longer officially assured by the online banking R-Net.
We therefore recommend you migrate to an up-to-date operating system supported by Microsoft to minimise security risks.

First LuxTrust authentication with Raiffeisen
If you have a LuxTrust certificate (Smartcard, Stick, Token or SMS) and you have installed the LuxTrust middleware and Java application, you can proceed with your first LuxTrust authentication with Raiffeisen: click on the Login of the online banking R-Net then on LuxTrust Login and follow the instructions on screen.
- Installation of the LuxTrust middleware (Smartcard and Signing Stick only). LuxTrust middleware is essential if you want to use your LuxTrust certificate. Download the middleware: https://www.luxtrust.lu/en/simple/225
- Java installation (Smartcard and Signing Stick only). Java 6 (minimum) must be installed and active in your browser. You can check your system’s Java installation here: https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Terms and conditions of the online banking R-Net
Go to the ‘Contract” menu in the online banking R-Net to print out the terms and conditions of the online banking R-Net that are applicable to the relationship between the Bank and its clients.
You will need a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (6.0 or after) to print out documents from the online banking R-Net. If you are unable to print, we recommend you reinstall this software.
