To use the mobile app of the online banking R-Net, you must already have access to the online banking R-Net on desktop with your LuxTrust product and own an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet.

LuxTrust for optimal security

A LuxTrust certificate enables you to proceed to all the following operations with an optimal security:

Connecting to the online banking R-Net and carrying out online operations securely
Connecting to the mobile app of the online banking R-Net (mandatory)
Connecting to all LuxTrust partner banks
Completing your online tax returns
Completing administrative procedures via the Luxembourg government’s ‘one-stop shop’ portal
etc.

N.B. : You only need one LuxTrust certificate for all of these operations.
