Delays in sending bank statements and documents

Dear customers,

Due to a targeted attack at Victor Buck Services, our service provider, the dispatch of bank statements and documents to our customers are delayed. 

The Bank is in regular communication with Victor Buck Services, which is making every effort to restore the situation and to be able to send the documents to our clients as quickly as possible. 

We remind you that you can consult and download your bank statements 24/7 on your R-Net online bank.

If you have any questions or in case of emergency, please send a secure message via the messaging system, contact your advisor or the online branch at 2450-1000 (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00).
