MORE PRACTICAL, MORE MOBILE AND NOW EVEN SAFER
You can now manage all your e-documents, including your statements, credit/debit notes and certificates, etc online whenever you want, wherever you want, using your R-Net online banking and the R-Net Mobile app. An electronic version will also be made available for ten years, so that you can consult it, store it, download it and print it at any time. This includes:
- Statements & advices
- Certificates
- Stock Exchange
- Investor profile
- Letters
In addition, you can change the regularity at which you receive your account statements at any time: simply contact your manager using the R-Net secure messaging service.
* A history of your documents is also available for account movements as of July 2017.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO CANCEL THE PRODUCTION AND POSTING OF YOUR PRINTED ACCOUNT STATEMENTS?
To do so, simply log on to your R-Net space in the usual way and go to “Settings” under the “Paperless” tab, where you can deactivate the sending of printed account statements. Please note: you will need to repeat the procedure for each account for which you no longer wish to receive printed statements.
MORE SIMPLE, AND SUITED TO YOUR NEEDS
To further improve your user experience, we have also tweaked the usability of certain features, bringing them together under a single “Settings” tab. From there, you can:
- Go to “Paperless” to deactivate the automatic posting of printed documents
- Increase/decrease your weekly limit
- Change the interface language
- See your most recent connections
- Block your access to R-Net
- and more....
