The Beirat

On 1st June 2019, Raiffeisen will create a Beirat, an information, relay and exchange organ between its members with the following characteristics:

• It will gather about twenty dynamic and committed “ambassadors” of the cooperative model
• Within the framework of a democratic vote, four of its members may be elected to the Board of Directors of the Bank by all Raiffeisen members, provided that they have the required qualifications
• It will be an advisory body without legal responsibility
• It will reflect a broad spectrum of activities
• It will represent a strong professional and geographical diversity
• It will make the link between the Bank and its members and customers in order to give impulses and decisive feedback to the development of our Bank
