To use the mobile app of the online banking R-Net, you must already have access to the online banking R-Net on desktop with your LuxTrust product and own an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet.

 

LuxTrust for optimal security

For optimal security, Banque Raiffeisen recommends you use a LuxTrust certificate for all the following operations:

  • Connecting to the online banking R-Net and carrying out online operations securely
  • Connecting to the mobile app of the online banking R-Net (mandatory)
  • Connecting to all LuxTrust partner banks
  • Completing your online tax returns
  • Completing administrative procedures via the Luxembourg government’s ‘one-stop shop’ portal
  •  etc.

N.B. : You only need one LuxTrust certificate for all of these operations.

In the event of loss or theft of your LuxTrust Token, please contact LuxTrust immediately on (+352) 24 550 550.

If you have reason to believe that you have been a victim of attempted fraud or that the connection to your online banking R-Net or its mobile app or a transaction occurred in an unusual way, immediately notify the Raiffeisen Helpdesk: by phone on +352 26 20 01 65  or via the secure R-Net messaging service.
