1. Keep your logins and passwords secret

Always keep your access codes for R-Net online banking and the R-Net online banking mobile app secret.
Choose your passwords carefully: they should be easy to remember, but difficult for others to guess. Change them regularly or when you suspect they may have been compromised.
Keep your LuxTrust Token and card in a secure place.
Only insert your LuxTrust card at the time of authentication and/or signature, then remove it immediately afterwards.
When you are using a browser, deactivate the automatic storage function when entering information on devices that do not belong to you.
