How will the transition work?

    Before September

    You can continue using Payconiq as you do today. We will start providing information about Wero and the next steps.

    During the transition

    Payconiq will remain available during this period. If you wish to switch to Wero, you can do so on your own initiative by following the steps provided in our FAQ or on the dedicated Banque Raiffeisen or Wero pages.

    From 1 October

    Wero will become your new mobile payment app and Payconiq will no longer be available.
