Insurance on the outstanding balance

With a view to protecting your loved ones in the event of death, the loan can be combined with insurance on the outstanding balance, to cover the amount that remains due.


Tax deductible

The interest paid on a housing loan used to acquire your main home can be deducted from your taxable income, within the limits provided for by the law.
