This SICAV fund has five sub-funds:

  • LUX-PENSION 25%
  • LUX-PENSION 50%
  • LUX-PENSION 75%
  • LUX-PENSION 100%
  • LUX-PENSION MARCHE MONETAIRE

Each sub-fund is a distinct pool of assets.

The primary goal of the SICAV fund is to give shareholders the chance to benefit from professional security and money market instrument portfolio management to spread risks, as defined in the investment policy for each of the fund’s sub-funds.

To ensure international diversity and to spread risk, LUX-PENSION 25% endeavours to invest its net assets:

  • mainly in bonds or equivalent securities denominated in Euros and issued by high-quality issuers
  • up to a maximum 25% in shares or equivalent securities, the majority of which have high capitalisation and are listed on a stock market in a European country
  • secondarily and within the limits permitted by the investment restrictions in warrants on transferable securities, in open-ended UCIs. LUX-PENSION 25% may also hold liquid assets. The term liquid assets includes money market instruments that, at their time of acquisition, have initial or residual maturity of 12 months or under.

To ensure international diversity and to spread risk, LUX-PENSION 50% endeavours to invest its net assets:

  • mainly in bonds or equivalent securities denominated in Euros and issued by high-quality issuers
  • up to a maximum 50% in shares or equivalent securities, the majority of which have high capitalisation and are listed on a stock market in a European country
  • secondarily and within the limits permitted by the investment restrictions in warrants on transferable securities, in open-ended UCIs. LUX-PENSION 50% may also hold liquid assets. The term liquid assets includes money market instruments that, at their time of acquisition, have initial or residual maturity of 12 months or under.

To ensure international diversity and to spread risk, LUX-PENSION 75% endeavours to invest its net assets:

  • up to a maximum 75% in shares or equivalent securities, the majority of which have high capitalisation and are listed on a stock market in a European country
  • secondarily and within the limits permitted by the investment restrictions in bonds or equivalent securities denominated in Euros and issued by high-quality issuers, in warrants on transferable securities, in open-ended UCIs. LUX-PENSION 75% may also hold liquid assets. The term liquid assets includes money market instruments that, at their time of acquisition, have initial or residual maturity of 12 months or under.

To ensure international diversity and to spread risk, LUX-PENSION 100% endeavours to invest its net assets:

  • mainly in shares or equivalent securities, the majority of which have high capitalisation and are listed on a stock market in a European country
  • secondarily and within the limits permitted by the investment restrictions in bonds or equivalent securities denominated in Euros and issued by high-quality issuers, in warrants on transferable securities, in open-ended UCIs. LUX-PENSION 100% may also hold liquid assets. The term liquid assets includes money market instruments that, at their time of acquisition, have initial or residual maturity of 12 months or under.

With an eye to securing the capital and maintaining the stability of the assets’ value, LUX-PENSION Money Market invests solely in Euros on the money market:

  • Net assets are invested for a minimum of 20% in money market instruments such as bankers’ acceptances, commercial papers and sight or term deposits in liquid assets. It should nonetheless be noted that the sub-fund’s policy is to invest primarily in this kind of money market instrument and liquid assets.
  • Assets may also be invested in short-term transferable securities.
  • The average residual maturity of securities in the portfolio, including the financial instruments, must not exceed 12 months or, by virtue of the issue conditions governing the securities, the interest rate that they bear must be revised at least once a year in line with market conditions.
